2. What we collect

Model applications

Name, email, optional phone, city and country, height, board preference, optional Instagram handle, links to photos you choose to share, your message, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. We do not accept ID documents or file uploads through this site.

Booking requests

Name, company, email, optional phone, job details, dates, location and your brief.

Emails you send us

Whatever you include in your message.

Technical data

Our hosting provider processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• Reviewing applications — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
• Responding to booking requests — steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running the agency (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Keeping the site secure — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. How long we keep it

• Applications: up to 12 months, then deleted, unless we start working together.
• Booking requests and related emails: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract requires longer.

5. Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run this website and receive your messages (for example our hosting and email providers), under data processing terms. We do not sell your data. We only share a model's details with clients after that model has agreed.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@satinmodels.com. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), www.dpa.gr.

8. Under 18s

This website and our application process are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

9. Cookies

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
